Organisers of the city’s must-attend business award ceremony, Birmingham Young Professional of the Year (BYPY), have recruited a hat-trick of committee members to step it up a level for 2012.
Mike Colledge of Big Cat, Sookie Shuen of Tomorrow People and Clare Usher of the NEC Group have all joined the BYPY committee.
It might be nearly nine months until the glitz and glamour of BYPY 2012 returns to the ICC but plans are already well underway to make it the biggest and best BYPY yet!
And with tickets always in high demand, we’re offering you the opportunity to secure your places early and ease your budget planning with a special early bird offer for BYPY’12, which takes place on Thursday 17 May.
With the sun shining (here’s hoping!) and lighter evenings here, this summer is the perfect time to get out and about and explore the very best entertainment and leisure opportunities our fabulous city has to offer.
For those of you who weren't able to attend on the night, or for those who would like to see it again, the stunning intro film for BYPY 2011 is available to view here.

Hilary Allen has been crowned overall winner of Birmingham Young Professional of the Year 2011, succeeding Glide Utilities’ James Villarreal.

Alongside the excitement of finding out who this year’s BYPY winners are, one of the highlights of BYPY is the now legendary post-awards celebrations, which usually continue long into the night.
