Bina Ginatra is a relationship manager for Lloyds TSB, a role which involves working with financially distressed companies to turn their businesses around whilst managing the bank's risk and reward profile.

She has a degree in business studies from Huddersfield University and moved to Birmingham in 2006 when she joined the Lloyds TSB corporate team after completing the graduate scheme, which she began in 2004.

Bina, 26, has been on the BYPY committee for three years and has taken on the role of deputy chairman this year.

She is a huge sports fan and follows football, F1, cricket, rugby and athletics.

This is her fourth year in Birmingham and Bina credits the city for the opportunities, people and lifestyle that it offers all. Bina truly believes in the professional and personal opportunities Birmingham offers and is proud to call the city her home.
