Elizabeth is founding consultant at Encore Communications, a niche PR and communications agency specialising in professional services, education and cultural sectors. She also also runs Encore Midlands, a regional agency promoting Midlands-based classical and jazz musicians.

Having trained as a classical flautist, Elizabeth holds a Masters degree in Music from Trinity College of Music as well as a BA (Hons) from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She is also a CIM qualified communications professional and associate of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Previously account director at Armadillo, Elizabeth began her career at the CBSO and has eight years’ experience providing communication support to clients in the arts, professional services, education, engineering, property and retail sectors.

Away from the office, she is a season-ticket holder at West Bromwich Albion, enjoys a variety of other sports and is currently training for her first half marathon and sprint triathlon.
