What is your favourite place in Birmingham and why?: St Paul’s Square because it brings a real countryside feel to the city centre. It’s a quiet space in a busy city and it seems to bring out the best in everyone who works, socialises and lives there.

Where was the last place you went on holiday?: I went to Morocco with my partner. It’s an amazing place bringing all of the North African culture and wildlife in to a relatively modern setting.

What is your favourite food?: I love anything Thai, the fresh vegetables and sauces stand head and shoulders above the rest, but I am always open to new dishes so this could change!
