Christine oversaw the transfer of MBC to its new state-of-the-art building in central Birmingham in July 2005 and drove the project through to completion. She is driven by a determined, can-do attitude and provides her staff with the opportunities to further their professional development. At the previous MBC site, Christine and her senior team succeeded in raising teaching standards in the classroom, to the extent that inspectors labelled MBC “the most improved college in the country”.
