About Me:
James Villarreal is co-founder of Glide Utilities. He set up the business, which offers tenants and landlords a simplified billing service, with partner Sandeep Krishan in 2006. Last year James won Birmingham Young Professional of the Year’s entrepreneurial category before going on to take the top title of BYPY 2010.

What am I looking for from BYPY candidates:
I will be looking for some brutal honesty from our 2011 BYPY winner, who will not only show complete integrity but real humility. The winner will not have had their most successful times in Birmingham yet but will be on the right path and raring to move Birmingham forward!
