Julie Meyer, online Dragon for BBC show The Dragon’s Den and one of Europe’s top 30 business women, will be guest speaker at the Birmingham Future AGM on Tuesday 10th August.
Julie, whose credits include ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ from Ernst & Young and ‘Global Leader of Tomorrow’ from the World Economic Forum, is founder and chief executive of Ariadne Capital which backs entrepreneurs in life sciences, media and communications. She also founded First Tuesday – credited with igniting the internet generation in Europe – and Entrepreneur Country.
Darren Walker, incoming chair of Birmingham Future and associate with Cobbetts LLP, said: “Julie is a fantastic role model and will be imparting some of her top tips for entrepreneurial success over dinner.
