Leading by example, Paul is a member of Barnardo’s Safe and Sound Appeal Board, supporting some of our region’s most vulnerable children.
Summary of what you are looking for from the candidates:
I will be looking for candidates who demonstrate some of the key qualities that will be required by the next generation of business leaders in the UK.
Why you enjoy working in Birmingham:
I have worked in capital cities around the world, but in all honesty the people here in Birmingham are really what puts the city in a band apart. No matter who you talk to, there is a truly positive attitude and a sense that people help and support each other both professionally and socially.
On BYPY reaching its 10th anniversary:
Working within the West Midlands I am delighted that there is an organisation in place that celebrates and rewards young talent and fosters future business leaders right in the heart of the city.
This is a phenomenal milestone for Birmingham Young Professional of the Year and I would like to wish them my sincerest congratulations.
