Rebecca, 30, is associate director at eNL, where she manages four divisions handling qualified permanent and locum legal recruitment for private practice, public sector and in-house positions. She is also involved in eNL’s overall business strategy, finance and marketing.
Rebecca, a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, joined eNL in 2005 and has spent 12 years working in recruitment, including eight years specialising in recruitment for the legal sector.
She grew up in Lichfield, Staffordshire, before moving to Edgbaston aged 18 to work for a niche financial recruitment company.
She joined the BYPY committee in 2007 and is also a Birmingham Future mentor as part of the Inspiring Futures project. When she isn’t busy volunteering Rebecca enjoys reading, circuit training and skiing.
