What am I looking for from BYPY candidates?
Characteristics would include aspirational, committed, well balanced, able to make a difference, enthusiastic and fun. Work and life can be tough - being able to have fun makes a difference!
Why I enjoy working in Birmingham
I do work from time to time in other cities including most commonly London. I do really enjoy working in London but it only takes me a short amount of time working there to know why I prefer Birmingham - big time!
Thoughts of BYPY 10 years on
Who would have thought?! BYPY has grown in stature each year and is now truly the Oscars. Where will it be in 10 years time?
